Lesley Phelan

Lesley has over 25 years' experience in the tax world.  A senior tax manager with Littlejohn for the last 12 years, her work has involved:

• managing the corporation tax compliance affairs of groups of companies, including many international and financial services businesses
• dealing with contentious HMRC enquiries
• advising a range of clients on corporate tax issues such as reorganisation of business activities and corporate structures, utilisation of tax losses, capital allowances, company purchase of shares, purchase and sale of companies and employee incentive schemes.
