Ian Gadie

With nearly 30 years' tax experience, Ian has acted for a diverse range of clients including non-UK resident and domiciled high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, partnerships, and directors of plcs covering both personal and corporate tax issues.  

Ian specialises in advising companies on PAYE and P11D issues, establishing PAYE settlement agreements and dealing with HMRC PAYE audits covering employment status issues, procedures for reimbursed expenses and agreeing settlements with HMRC on conclusion of enquiries.

He has extensive experience of National Insurance and advises regularly on the NI liability implications of employees coming to and leaving the UK.
