Jane Sheridan

Jane advises some of Littlejohn's largest corporate audit clients with turnovers up to '250m.

Jane's audit clients include significant groups that involve the consolidation of substantial overseas subsidiaries. She has particular knowledge of the publishing, freight forwarding and wine industries.  Jane also has experience of the highly regulated financial services sector where she has acted for insurance brokers, service companies and other entities operating in the London market.

Jane has also undertaken many due diligence reviews for business acquisitions.

Jane regularly works with the Companies Investigations Branch of the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (formerly the DTI), investigating complaints registered against companies.  Recent assignments include investigations into allegations of insolvent trading and land banking.  She has also undertaken litigation support work.
