Nick Light

Nick is a partner in Littlejohn's business assurance division.  He draws on his 35 years' experience to advise a wealth of clients across a broad range of industry sectors.  He has particular knowledge of health clubs, the care home sector, construction and property.

Nick has extensive experience of listed companies, having worked closely with Littlejohn's corporate finance team to take a number of companies to AIM, but also as an audit partner acting for a number of clients on the main market and on AIM. 

He has advised clients on business restructuring and acquisitions, and has undertaken investigations and due diligence work for businesses and venture capital trusts.

Nick has extensive charity experience in both a professional and personal capacity. He was a trustee of the homeless charity Crisis for over 20 years, mainly acting as Treasurer and later Chairman and is currently a member of their finance committee.

Nick is a member of the firm's professional standards committee, responsible for setting internal procedures and reviews to ensure that the firm delivers the best quality service to its clients.
