Malcolm Reddihough

Malcolm is a partner in Littlejohn's business assurance division which specialises in providing audit and other assurance services to SMEs, large private groups and listed companies.

With over 25 years' experience, Malcolm has advised clients ranging from SMEs and large corporates to individuals, their families and their businesses including those reporting internationally.  Malcolm's clients benefit from his wealth of experience across a diverse range of business sectors. He has particular expertise in engineering, motor dealers, the brewing industry and wine trade, the advertising industry, retail and wholesale clothing companies, and service organisations. 

Malcolm has undertaken many due diligence reviews for business acquisitions and litigation support including in the IT, brewing and haulage industries.  He has also undertaken litigation support work.

Malcolm also specialises in the valuation of unquoted shares and businesses, and has concluded many successful negotiations for clients with HMRC on values for share options, share disposals, transfers of business and other transactions.  

Malcolm is a member of the firm's professional standards committee, responsible for setting internal procedures and reviews to ensure that the firm delivers the best quality service to its clients.
