Eric Hindson

Eric is a partner in Littlejohn's business advisory division and has over 25 years' experience of acting for and advising SMEs and their owners in a variety of industries.  His clients include companies in both private and public ownership, including a number listed on the Alternative Investment Market which have stringent reporting deadlines.  He also acts for a number of UK subsidiaries and UK branches of international companies based in Europe, America and Asia.  He has strong knowledge of the design, manufacturing, distribution and property sectors.

As well as providing a range of business advisory services to clients including accounting, audit, and outsourcing, Eric has been involved in advising clients on designing and implementing their corporate strategy and implementing governance and risk management processes.  Eric has been involved in various acquisitions, de-mergers, management buyouts, reconstructions and restructuring exercises.

For the past four years, Eric has been non-executive chairman of a design and distribution company which has doubled in size in that period.

Eric spent three years as chairman of the Covent Garden Business Forum (2002-2005) and currently sits on the audit committee of an East London higher education college.
