David Frame

David is a senior partner in the firm's business assurance division and is currently vice chairman, world board of directors of IGAF Polaris, the association of independent accounting firms.

David has over 35 years' experience of delivering expertise in a wide range of audit, accounting and commercial matters to a variety of corporate clients, principally owner-managed SMEs.  The range of sectors he has advised in includes hospitality, food importers, clothing retail and healthcare products.  David also has significant experience in major fraud investigations having acted as case controller in several high profile SFO cases.

David is the lead UK audit partner and member of the central management team, for a major audit contract for the European Commission, which covers UK SMEs, research organisations and major listed companies.  He was also engagement partner on an EC contract involving the audit of funds granted to the then accession countries.
