Cheryl Court

A partner in Littlejohn's business advisory division, Cheryl is an SME specialist.  With experience of long-term secondment roles as financial director to SMEs, Cheryl brings to her clients the knowledge and experience which come from working 'at the coal face' as well as in an advisory capacity. 

Many of Cheryl's clients are subsidiaries of overseas companies ' from the US, Sweden, France and Japan, to name just a few ' whose knowledge and understanding of UK regulations surrounding tax, accounts filing and payroll issues is often limited.  Cheryl works closely with them, ensuring that the meet their compliance obligations, and report accurately and timely financial data to their parents companies and their parent company auditors.

Cheryl has extensive knowledge and experience of acting for small legal practices, including general practice and niche litigation, property and private client firms.  Her work extends to SAR reviews, partnership and personal tax and outsourced accounting services.

As well as providing accounts review and audit services to SMEs, she has advised clients on business planning, assisted with cash flow projections and raising finance.
