Carmine Papa

Carmine specialises in insurance and has been involved in the listing of a number of insurance carriers on the AIM market. With over 25 years' experience of the industry, he has detailed knowledge of most insurance business, both from an insurer and Intermediary point of view. He currently acts as audit partner on a number of insurance related AIM listed companies.

As well as acting as reporting accountant on a number of prospective listings, Carmine also specialises in group reconstruction, due diligence on acquisitions and advice on the formation of new Lloyd's syndicates and brokers.
