Tim joined CLB, a predecessor firm of Littlejohn, as a trainee in 1999. He became a manager in 2004 and has recently been promoted to partner. He works in the firm’s business services division, handling a broad portfolio of audit and accounting clients ranging from sole practitioners to large partnerships as well as companies operating in a variety of industry sectors.

He has a particular interest in professional practices to which he provides audit, tax and general advice. He is a member of the ICAEW’s special interest group for solicitors and advises clients in relation to LLP conversions and accounting systems issues.

He also acts for a significant number of inward investors, advising both clients new to the UK and those with management overseas.
