Ted has over 30 years’ experience as a tax specialist. He works closely with individual and corporate clients on a host of issues, with a particular emphasis on international tax and corporate reorganisations. He has extensive experience of advising on mergers, acquisitions and employee benefit schemes.

Ted is an active member of the tax group of IGAF Polaris, Littlejohn’s global association of accounting firms.
