In addition to his responsibilities as Littlejohn’s managing partner, Paul is a partner in the firm’s business services divsion and has a varied porfolio of clients in the commercial, not for profit and public sectors.

A member of the firm’s charities team, he advises on a wide range of issues including risk management, fund accounting and financial systems and controls. Paul has advised extensively on corporate governance structures, especially with regard to the role of audit committees and their relationship with both internal and external auditors.
