Nick has extensive audit and corporate tax experience and acts as audit partner to many of the firm’s AIM and listed clients.

He has also carried out a wide range of specialist investigations and assignments for clients both in the UK and abroad, including due diligence reports for venture capital funds and clients.

Nick has been actively involved with charities for many years including acting as treasurer and chair of Crisis, the national charity for single homeless people.
