Nick qualified as a chartered accountant with CLB, a predecessor firm of Littlejohn and was a senior manager with the firm before becoming a partner in 2001. Nick has extensive audit and corporate tax experience and acts as audit partner to many of the firm’s fully listed and AIM companies.

Nick has also carried out a wide range of specialist investigations and assignments for clients both in the UK and abroad, including due diligence reports for venture capital funds and clients.

Nick has been actively involved with charities for many years including acting as treasurer and chair of Crisis, the national charity for single homeless people.
