Jane joined the firm in 1993 after graduating from Birmingham University.  She has been an audit manager since 1998 and was promoted to Partner in June 2007.

Jane has worked on some of the firm’s larger audit clients with turnovers up to £200m within the insurance and wider corporate markets.  Clients include significant groups that involve the consolidation of substantial overseas subsidiaries, and syndicates operating within the highly regulated Lloyd’s of London market.

Jane has also completed a number of due diligence and one-off reports on companies both overseas and in the UK.  Jane has also worked closely with the Companies Investigations Branch of the DTI and has gained experience in litigation support work.
