Jane works on some of the firm’s larger audit clients with turnovers up to £325m. Clients include significant groups that involve the consolidation of substantial overseas subsidiaries. Jane has audit experience of syndicates operating within the highly regulated Lloyd’s of London market.

Jane has completed a number of due diligence and one-off reports on companies both overseas and in the UK. She has also worked closely with the Companies Investigations Branch of the DTI and has gained experience in litigation support work.

Jane has worked on audits of EC grants received by research bodies throughout Europe. Grants audited have ranged in size from €100k to €12m and in topic across various health, environment and technological areas. Jane has also assisted the EC in some of its higher risk fraud investigation audits.
