Eric is the partner in charge of the firm’s business advisory division. He advises SMEs and their owners in a variety of industries, and acts for a number of UK subsidiaries and UK branches of international companies, both private and public, in Europe, America and Asia. He has extensive experience of acting for membership organisations and trade bodies and heads up the team operating in this area.

Eric is the non-executive chairman of a corporate clothing company, and a governor and member of the audit committee of Havering College. He is also a former chairman of the Covent Garden Business Forum.
