Dominic provides corporate finance, strategic and tax advice to a wide range of clients with a particular expertise in advising growing entrepreneurial, publicly listed, and international clients in addition to providing audit services.

As a partner within the firm’s corporate finance division, Dominic regularly acts on or leads teams involved in AIM and Plus listings, due diligence investigations, transactional tax planning, group restructuring, management buy-ins and buy-outs, and fundraisings.

He is a member of the corporate finance and taxation faculties of the ICAEW and is also qualified as a chartered tax adviser.
