David is involved with some of the firm’s larger audit clients, including AIM listed companies, covering a broad range of commercial and regulated business sectors. A number of clients are members of groups requiring the preparation of consolidated financial statements and reporting to overseas parent companies. David also has experience of auditing European Commission funded contracts.

David has undertaken due diligence reviews for business acquisitions and litigation support and has advised on management buy-outs.
