David qualified in 1995 and joined the firm as a senior audit manager in the business assurance division in 1999. He was promoted to partner in June 2007.

David is involved with some of the firm’s larger audit clients, including AIM listed companies, covering a broad range of commercial and regulated business sectors. A number of clients are members of groups requiring the preparation of consolidated financial statements and reporting to overseas parent companies. David also has experience in auditing a variety of European Commission funded contracts.

David has experience of management buy-outs, due diligence reviews for business acquisitions, and litigation support.
