David is head of Littlejohn’s financial services division and is non-executive chairman of the board of partners.

David specialises in advising the London insurance market, particularly Lloyd’s, and heads Littlejohn’s broking team. He advises brokers and insurers on regulatory and tax matters, and has been involved in some of Littlejohn’s largest corporate finance projects. He regulary advises clients on business structuring and shareholder issues.

David is Littlejohn’s ethics partner and a member of the firm’s professional standards committee. He is a member of ICAEW insurance industry working parties and sits on the financial services faculty board. He is regularly quoted in the insurance press.
