Claire joined the firm in 1996 after beginning her training at another accountancy practice. She qualified in 1998 and joined our corporate finance team in 2000. Claire was promoted to partner in June 2007.

Her portfolio covers all aspects of corporate finance including flotations, takeover code advice, due diligence assignments, valuations, financial modelling, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and providing corporate finance advice to a wide range of companies. Claire has been involved with a number of AIM flotations at a senior level, both in the UK and overseas.
