Carmine works as a partner in the firm’s financial services division, specialising in insurance. Since joining the firm in 1983, Carmine has specialised in audit for insurance clients, from large Lloyd’s syndicates to small firms of brokers. He has particular experience of marine, non-marine, aviation and personal lines insurance, both from an insurer and intermediary point of view.

Carmine also specialises in corporate finance matters such as group reconstruction, due diligence on acquisitions, reporting accounting on prospectuses and advice on the formation of new syndicates and brokers.

In addition Carmine is head of the firm’s business assurance divsion, which provides audit and assurance services to listed companies, large groups and SMEs.
