Alan is the firm’s Technical Partner and designated Training Partner. He trained with James Todd & Company and joined Littlejohn in 1974, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1975.

Previously responsible for the firm’s quality control procedures, Alan has been responsible for the firm’s training since 1996. He is responsible for the training and development of firm’s trainees and qualified professional staff, recruitment and personal development, including the co-ordination of counselling partners and mentors.

Alan is Littlejohn’s audit compliance partner and a member of the firm’s professional standards committee.
