Alan is responsible for the firm’s training including the training and development of the firm’s trainees and qualified professional staff, recruitment and personal development, including the co-ordination of counselling partners and mentors.

Alan is Littlejohn’s audit compliance partner and a member of the firm’s professional standards committee.
