Littlejohn signals insurance industry growth plans with new senior hire - 2010-05-12
Accountancy firm Littlejohn has signalled its intention to grow its insurance industry practice with the appointment of a new partner.
Senior hire, Philip Alexander, joins from BDO's Financial Services group where he was Head of Insurance Audit & Regulatory Services. Over the last three years, he built up BDO's five-man insurance team from scratch into a sizeable business. Philip also works for investment funds, money transfer businesses and finance companies. Prior to BDO, Philip was lead partner of RSM Robson Rhodes' Insurance and Pensions Group.
Littlejohn managing partner, Paul Hopper, said "Philip's appointment will add significantly to the strength of our Financial Services Division and is a strong signal to the market that we intend to grow this part of our business".
