"I was impressed with Littlejohn at my interview. They already made me feel I could belong here. The first month was hectic, with HAT training courses and then college. It was a lot to take in, but I never felt I was being thrown in at the deep end.
"Even though I'm only in my first year, I spend a lot of time out of the office fulfilling a junior role on audit work. This includes testing on sections such as income and expenditure, bank, fixed assets and anything else my assignment leader deems appropriate. I'm also spending time trying to pass my exams, of course!
"There's amazing variety in the Business Assurance division. I've been working at a private members club, an insurance company, a frozen seafood company and a charity so far. Although it's mostly central London, I've also been to Birmingham, Ipswich and Guildford.
"The division has about 30 members of staff and the managers are always willing to offer advice. I've already worked with almost everyone in my division, as well as others in the firm, so I have a better understanding of the different teams.
"Given our location in Canary Wharf there are numerous opportunities for us to socialise outside work."
