“I was drawn to the AAT-ACA fast track scheme that Littlejohn offers. I also knew that, being a medium-sized firm, I'd be receiving one-to-one support to guide me through my studies.
“I chose the Financial Services division because of my interest in the insurance market and especially Littlejohn's work with Lloyd's syndicates. Although my main focus is of course on exams and training, this is complemented very well by the work experience. Plus, everyone in the division has to take a Lloyd's insurance test.
“All the jobs I've been on so far were in the City and recently I spent six weeks at one of our biggest clients there. I've built a good relationship with the partners and managers, who are always there to help. Before I'm sent on any job, there's a briefing meeting to make sure I'm fully prepared.
“I think one of the best things about Financial Services is the people. Everyone is so hospitable and they put me at ease straight away. Also, I'm steadily increasing my knowledge of Lloyd's syndicates, which I'm really enjoying.”
